Obituary of Morton Levy

Morton Levy, 79, of Lakewood, NJ passed away September 23, 2020.  He was born in Bronx, NY on November 1, 1940 to Jean and Morris Levy.  After graduating from Hillside High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Army and became a medic.  He then went on to receive a degree from the Crippled and Disabled Hospital in NY where he became a certified Prosthetist.  After many years working in that field, he started his own business in Toms River.   Morton enjoyed fishing, the beach, watching sports, vacationing on Cape Cod, and spending time with his family.

Predeceased by his daughter, Cheryl; Morton is survived by his wife, Elaine; daughter, Hope, son-in-law, Eric, and grandchildren, Allison, Justin, and Brett; sister, Leona and brother-in-law, Marc; nieces and nephews, Julie and Josh, Michael and Daniela, and Scott and Miriam.

Memorial donations in Morton's honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.  Funeral arrangements were under the direction of Belkoff-Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Lakewood, NJ.
