First hearing of his passing now. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I work with Altice(formally Cablevision) and we used to meet occasionally in Staten Island and share stories and leads over lunch.. I always had looked forward to receiving his holiday greeting texts. Very nice down to earth person. Sorry to hear this news.
