Obituary of Pennie Minnie Levine

Pennie M.  Levine, 90, of Freehold, NJ, passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at Mattison Crossing, Freehold, NJ. Pennie was born in New York City, and was a long time resident of Ocean and Monmouth Counties, living in Lakewood and Howell for many years where she participated in community life. Pennie met her late husband Max (2011) at a poetry reading while visiting Bergerville for her family’s annual summer vacation. We remember her best for her generosity, sincerity, and beauty. She is survived by her sons Howard and his wife Linda of Howell, NJ, Warren and his wife Madeleine of Mill Valley, CA, grandchildren Kara, Eric, Alyx, Elan, Dylan, and great-granddaughters Jordan, Brooke and Reese. Graveside funeral service will be held 12PM Sunday, November 25, at Agudath Achim Cemetery, Freehold Township, NJ.
