Obituary of Bonnie E. Caris

Bonnie Ellen Karchmar Caris, 73, of Brick, NJ passed away on March 5, 2017 at Ocean Medical Center, Brick. She was the beloved wife of 49 years to Stanley Barry Caris; loving mother of Jill Andrea Caris and Scott William Caris; pre-deceased by her brother, Steven Karchmar in 1996. Bonnie was a teacher for 23 years at Lanes Mill Elementary School, Brick. She was an active member of Temple Beth Or, Brick and volunteered her services at various Temple events. Bonnie was a very social person who enjoyed playing a variety of games with her friends at the Lions Head North community. Funeral services will be held 11:00am Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Temple Beth Or, 200 Van Zile Rd., Brick, NJ 08724. Interment will follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery, Iselin, NJ. Donations in Bonnie’s honor may be made to Temple Beth Or, Attn: Sisterhood. Funeral services are under the direction of Belkoff-Goldstein Funeral Chapel, Lakewood, NJ.
